Titles and positions do not indicate that we are effective or equipped. In many cases,, those encouraging us to do more do not possess or cannot provide the necessary resources to help us succeed. Developing a strategic growth plan can help you rise above the average. 

 

What is your personal vision and the plan to achieve it? Ongoing coaching is a great plan.

What You Can Expect:

• Session times are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

• A free initial consultation to ensure this is a good fit for both parties. (Live or virtual)

• A personality inventory is taken to help both participant and coach know best how to work together.

• Cost is determined based on the level of coaching desired (Life, Management, Executive Levels) and the amount of time needed to achieve the desired outcomes.

• Amount of sessions will be determined based on need. 

• Sessions can be done in one-on-one or group format. (No more than 4 in a group)

• In-person or virtual sessions are available.

• These are not counseling sessions. (Any mental health needs should be sought with a certified therapist).
